This plant is stunning, its like a work of art

Unprofessional and Unhelpful

I reached out with photos of my order I received which were damaged and diseased plants and one plant that was just horrific.
I have a very large collection of plants and i sent photos with an email requesting a refund for all but 2 plants. I was replied to with someone disagreeing and sarcastically stating that with my experience that with some time and love these plants will be great.
I also suggest that if you want to ensure your plants arrive healthy NOT TO POST THEM ON A THURSDAY AFTERNOON and then pretend like it's okay when they arrive on a Tuesday that the weekend days don't exist. Because plants don't forget the weekend. They don't take weekends off from dying. Thirdly the packaging was horrific, the plants were stuffed in a box wrapped terribly in one brown firm piece of paper and absolutely nothing else keeping them padded or safe.
I will never ever order these plants again. The rude response I got when I reached out about this issue is unacceptable.
