We ship Australias wide through Australia Post (Regular Post and Express Post). Live plants and bio products can only be shipped to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT. All other items can be shipped Australia wide including to NT, WA and TAS.

We also provide a same/next day courier delivery service across Greater Sydney which is only available for eligible NSW suburbs.

No pickups available.

For Australia Post orders, this will be fulfilled and dispatched within 7 days. Once the order is fulfilled, the Shipping Confirmation email will be sent out with the tracking number. Your order status page (thank you page) will also have the tracking number. You will also receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking number and updates on the parcel.

It is your responsibility to track your parcel.

There is no need to fix the billing address unless you specifically need a tax invoice for business purposes.

We do not include physical invoices with the order. If you require a tax invoice, please check your Order Confirmation email. There is a button which you can click to download the Tax Invoice.

If you are getting the error: This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again., there are two reasons.

  • If you have in your cart - regular items only sent via AusPost and local items only sent via courier, this will cause the error. Make sure that if you are doing Sydney Only, that you only have 'Sydney Only' items in the cart. Gift add-on items are an exception to this (not having the 'Sydney Only' in the name) and are usually available for both post and local orders. If you have mixed 'Sydney Only' products with regular plants, this will cause an error.

  • If shipping to NT, WA or TAS, please check that the items are not live plants or bio products (wood, fertilisers etc.).

Try removing from or re-adding items to the cart one by one to find the cause.

If it still doesn't work, please contact us and we will promptly have a look at your cart to resolve the issue :)

No, only one payment has been processed. Banks need to authorise your card transactions - this means that a pending transaction may show up, alongside the completed transaction. This pending transaction is a temporary hold by your bank and should disappear in 1-3 days. For any concerns, please contact your bank/credit card company.

Same/next day/specific day delivery via courier is only available for Greater Sydney NSW if you selected 'Same Day Delivery' at the checkout and are ordering something from the Same Day Plant Delivery in Sydney collection for potted plant gifts and hampers.

Australia Post Express Post is NOT same day/next day delivery.

If the recipient is based in Greater Sydney (see eligible NSW postcodes here), we recommend purchasing from the Same Day Plant Delivery in Sydney collection.

For the rest of NSW, VIC, QLD, SA & ACT, we recommend purchasing an interstate succulent gift box which travels well and is a more complete and presentable gift.
